The Swim spa Balance is a fusion of luxury and functionality. Combining the lavish features of the Serene spas series with the innovative Adjustable River Swim System and Current Lift Technology, this swim spa offers the best of both worlds. The Adjustable River Swim System boasts 5 large swim jets arranged horizontally to provide a consistent water flow across the entire width of the swim spa. You can customize the flow intensity to your preference, and the system automatically redistributes the flow to other swim jets. Placed just below the water level, these jets ensure a wide coverage area and effective swimming experience with your head comfortably above water. Additionally, the Current Lift Technology kicks in when adjusting the River Swim System strength, ensuring you remain well above the water for a seamless swimming experience.

Once you have placed an order, we at Fonteyn UK do our utmost to deliver the product as soon as possible. If this concerns a product that is sent by UPS and that we have in stock, this will often take a few working days at most.

With large products, such as a roof or spa, you will be contacted about the delivery of the product. This is always done in consultation with you, so that we do not stand for a closed door. We will contact you in advance about the delivery of your product.

Shipping abroad is also possible at Fonteyn UK. There is often an additional charge and this price varies per product and per delivery. You can discuss this with the advisor.

Returns

If the product is not quite to your liking, or if you want to return the product, this is often possible at Fonteyn. There are of course exceptions. To return the product, it must be in the original packaging and the product must be undamaged.

You can report your return to the advisor who helped you, or through our customer service. They will then do everything possible to serve you as quickly and appropriately as possible.

To return or discuss a problem with your product, we always ask for an order number, your name and address details, a description of the problem and some photos. This will help us to serve you as soon as possible.
