All our data is stored onsite at OASIS SPAS Office, Ballynevin, Co. Waterford, E32 H977. Systems are password protected with access restricted by password to database programs. Systems are supported, monitored, and maintained on a regular basis. Desktops and laptops each have anti-virus protection, firewall protection, and malware protection. Remote access is limited to authorized users via VPN, access is username and password protected, and router firewalls are used on all VPN traffic to create further protection.
Our IT support is provided by a third party. They have limited access to the data held within OASIS SPAS for the purpose of IT and technical support.
